Payment methods

• Credit cards are preferred on orders under $2,500
  • You may be asked to sign a Credit Card authorization form
• Net 30 billing is available with a purchase order
  • The PO must be faxed to 941-360-2207
• For orders over $2,500 payment can be made through CCR (Central Contractor Registration)
  • Our DUNS # is 190028576

Shipping methods

• We ship via UPS or DHL depending on which is more advantageous. We will only ship on our account no 3rd party billing.
• APO addresses (additional handling fees apply) There is no way to track packages shipped to APO addresses and it can take a very long time for delivery. So if you need a critical item quickly we recommend shipping it directly to your location with a commercial carrier.
  • Maximum APO weight and size (below).
    • Priority Mail (5-14 days for delivery) - maximum weight is 70 pounds, maximum size is 108 inches or less in combined length and distance around the thickest part.
    • Lightbars 42" and larger can't be sent to APO addresses
  • Maximum APO insurable value is $4,000
  • The above are general guidelines. There are other restrictions based on APO zip codes which may differ.
  • When placing a APO order using our order form, fill in as follows:
    • For "City," enter APO or FPO - not the destination city
    • For "State" select the appropriate APO code (AA - AE - AP)
    • For "zipcode" enter the APO Zip we are shipping the package to
    • For "Country" enter the destination country

Verification

• We will need to verify you are with a Government agency and/or the DoD
• We will need to verify you are authorized to purchase products
• The Verification is done to ensure a smooth transaction
